Privacy notice
Effective November 2, 2026. This notice covers customer information used by Davis Exterminating Service through its website, service requests, customer portal, and service operations.
Information used for your service
We collect contact information, service addresses, property and access instructions, pest concerns, requested availability, messages, photos and documents you provide, service records, and billing and payment status. Online systems also use account, device, network, and security information. Service and tracking pages can include a technician’s location while a visit is on the way.
Please provide only information needed for your service. Do not put card numbers, card security codes, passwords, identity documents, or unnecessary medical details in messages, photos, or service notes.
How information is used and shared
We use this information to respond to requests, arrange and perform service, communicate with you, manage accounts and payments, maintain required records, and protect our systems. Staff access depends on their work and permissions.
903 AI Solutions provides the service software and technical support. Service providers support hosting, account sign-in, email, payment processing, mapping and routing, and AI-assisted service and scheduling features. These features can process relevant request details, messages, addresses, photos, or documents. Payment card entry takes place with our payment provider, rather than in service notes. Providers’ handling of information is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy notices.
We may disclose information when needed to meet legal duties, respond to lawful requests, protect people or systems, resolve disputes, or carry out an authorized business transfer. Giving information for service is not a request to receive unrelated marketing.
Security and activity monitoring
We record necessary operational and security events, including page and API requests, account activity, permission denials, technical errors, query operation metadata and timing, communications service outcomes, background tasks, and administrative actions. UTC event times and request and correlation identifiers help us trace failures across services. Technical error reports from browsers are treated as unverified client reports. Monitoring runs independently of whether staff are viewing the system.
Monitoring does not collect raw passwords, authentication tokens, secret environment values, payment card information, database query values, session replay, or the contents of customer forms and messages. Access to redacted telemetry is restricted to authorized operations staff. Application telemetry is retained for 30 days, resolved monitoring incidents for 90 days, and Wrigley’s separate append-only administrator audit remains retained until an owner-managed archival policy is established. Existing service, security, authentication-provider records and backups have separate retention settings and may remain longer; these application limits do not erase provider logs or required business records.
Necessary security and reliability monitoring is separate from optional analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking. This monitoring feature does not enable optional analytics or advertising trackers. Any optional tracking that requires consent must be separately disclosed and enabled only after that consent.
Cookies and private links
Account sessions and browser storage keep you signed in and support draft recovery and security. Private tracking and sign-in links can grant access to information: keep them private and tell the office if a link is shared accidentally. Signing out clears private staff drafts on that browser; information already saved in the service system remains there.
Retention and security
Records are retained for service, accounting, warranty, safety, legal, and security needs. A request to delete information may be limited by required retention or legal holds. Archived records are not necessarily erased, and backup copies can remain until their retention cycle ends. Access controls and technical safeguards help protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests and choices
You can ask about information we hold about you, request access or correction, ask for deletion or a portable copy where applicable, and ask about sharing or marketing choices. You do not need to create an account to make a privacy request. We will need to verify your identity and authority without requesting unnecessary information.
Call (903) 871-8536 or write to Davis Exterminating Service, Privacy Request, P.O. Box 1671, Whitehouse, TX 75791. Use the same methods to appeal a privacy response and identify the response you are appealing. Applicable Texas privacy rights and exceptions depend on the business and processing involved. Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, its request and appeal deadlines apply. You can also contact the Texas Attorney General.
Updates and questions
We will post updates here with an effective date. For questions about a service record, a private link, or this notice, contact the Davis office.
